Elevate Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

This physiotherapy and sports injury clinic is for adults and children with pain, injury or movement problems.

It provides physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, sports massage, acupuncture, ultrasound therapy and shockwave therapy. It also offers post-op rehabilitation and physio-led Pilates.

The clinic treats neck, shoulder, back, hip, pelvis, knee, calf, ankle, foot, elbow, wrist and hand problems. It also lists arthritis, trapped nerves, muscle strains, cartilage tears, fibromyalgia and sciatica.

Shockwave therapy is offered for chronic soft tissue injuries. Listed uses include plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, patellar tendonitis and Achilles tendonitis. It is also listed for hip pain and hamstring injuries.

The clinical team includes physiotherapists, a sports rehabilitator and a medical acupuncturist. Its physiotherapists are CSP members and HCPC registered. Paediatric appointments are available for children aged 12 to 16.

Care is provided at the clinic in Eccleston, Chorley. Patients can self-refer without a GP referral. The clinic has treatment rooms and a private car park at the rear.
