Mrs Jennifer Walker

Mrs Jennifer Walker is a practice nurse who provides nursing support for minor illness and new concerns, including brief clinical triage, observations and escalation to a GP when needed. She carries out vital signs and blood pressure checks, phlebotomy for blood tests, 12-lead ECGs and urinalysis when indicated.

Jennifer also helps with wound and skin care, including dressings, suture and staple removal, and post-procedure checks. She provides nurse-delivered treatments such as vaccines and depot medications as part of a care plan, and supports doctors during minor surgical procedures and coil fitting.

She has over ten years' experience across secondary and primary care, including work as an anaesthetic nurse and trauma theatre nurse. Her stated focus is individualised care, taking time to listen, understand and support patients.
