Miss Stephanie Horsted

Stephanie Horsted offers osteopathy, deep tissue and sports massage, and dry needling at Evolution Osteopathy. She has experience in rehabilitation programmes for injured people and those working towards sporting goals.

Her approach is whole-body and patient-centred. She considers the links between mental health, stress, trauma and their effects on the body. She also gives patients tools to self-manage alongside osteopathic treatment.

Stephanie advocates for inclusive, affirming healthcare for LGBTQI+ patients, particularly transgender and non-binary people. She graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree with distinction. Her GOC number is 11449.
