Evolution Podiatry works in London and Woking, with three sites. It assesses foot, ankle and lower-limb pain, including sports injuries, gait concerns and children’s foot problems.
Care is provided by Stuart Hodder, Specialist Podiatrist and clinical lead. He is HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Podiatrists. He has experience in NHS and private practice, and works with insurance medical providers.
Services include Sports Podiatry, Biomechanical Assessment, Gait Analysis and Paediatric Podiatry. Appointments may include foot and lower-limb assessment, movement assessment, gait analysis, footwear review and orthoses discussion.
Stuart’s clinical interests include lower-limb function, biomechanics, gait analysis, sports and exercise injuries, child development and alignment concerns. He also assesses orthotic needs, footwear, activity level, strength, flexibility and previous injury where relevant.
Common problems assessed include plantar fasciitis, heel pain, Morton’s neuroma, shin splints, Achilles tendinopathy, bunions, flat feet and verruca warts. He also sees arch pain, pain under the foot, pain linked to walking or running, and recurring injury.
Treatments include verruca treatments, Swift microwave therapy, verruca needling, ingrown toenail care, nail surgery, Lunula Laser for fungal nail and foot orthoses. Treatment options are guided by the assessment findings, symptoms, lifestyle and goals.
