The practice provides podiatry, musculoskeletal assessments, orthotic therapy, biomechanics, bracing therapy and strength and conditioning. Its podiatrists use non-surgical treatment methods, with nail surgery noted as the exception, and prescribe custom-made foot orthoses where necessary. Orthotic care may be used for foot, ankle, knee, hip or lower back pain.

Conditions treated include arthritis in the big toe joint, bunions, hammer toes, metatarsalgia, heel pain, heel spurs, Achilles tendinopathy, diabetic foot concerns, adult acquired flat foot, rheumatoid arthritis affecting the foot or ankle, knee pain and leg length discrepancy. The practice also refers to bracing for flat foot, drop foot, diabetic neuropathy and tendinopathy of the foot and ankle, where suitable.

Biomechanics is a core part of the service. Through gait analysis, the podiatrists assess movement forces and imbalances that may be linked with injury. Strength and conditioning is also offered, with an Exercise and Rehabilitation Instructor at the Sligo clinic providing strengthening exercise programmes to support clinical treatment.

Its podiatrists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, are members of The Royal College of Podiatrists UK, and are also registered in the Republic of Ireland with CORU and Podiatry Ireland.
