Miss Ruth Sudol

At Fixology in Leeds, Miss Ruth Sudol helps patients with antenatal care, postnatal treatment, Mummy MOT, pelvic floor concerns, menopause, abdominal surgery recovery, and gut and hormone health. Her listed approaches include a whole body approach and visceral manipulation.

Ruth founded Fixology after wanting to make higher level treatment and holistic care accessible to athletes, active people and new mums. She has worked as a physiotherapist since 2004 in elite sport settings, including GB boxing and with triathletes, and developed a particular interest in postnatal care after giving birth.
