About Mr Tom Jacobs

Tom Jacobs is a chartered physiotherapist and clinical specialist who works with sports injuries and musculoskeletal assessment. He has pioneered an injury triage service to diagnose and treat sports injuries early, and helps operate a diagnostic MSK service for GP practices in the Vale area.

He has worked with Wasps Rugby DPP, independent athletes at grassroots and elite level, and local independent schools. He also teaches MSK examination and management to trainee GPs in the Oxford Deanery, and is a visiting lecturer at Oxford Brookes University for BSc and MSc physiotherapy programmes.
