Care is provided by Dom Walsh, a fully licensed acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council. His approach combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific insights. Appointments include acupuncture for new and returning patients. A first treatment includes discussion of the patient’s situation, health history, lifestyle, diet and exercise. Assessment may include pulse taking and examination of the lower legs and arms. Follow-up treatment follows the agreed treatment plan and may use different acupuncture points at each visit.

Other therapies may be included as part of treatment where appropriate. These include moxibustion, cupping, gua sha and tuina massage. The practice also offers diet and lifestyle advice.
