Mr Seff Abbasi
About Mr Seff Abbasi
Mr Seff Abbasi helps patients with persistent or returning pain, injury, reduced confidence in movement, and goals around getting back to work, training, sport or everyday activity. He uses the FNFC Method, an approach he developed through more than two decades in manual therapy and rehabilitation, selecting techniques to suit the individual rather than following a fixed routine.
Treatment may include structural and visceral osteopathy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, medical acupuncture or dry needling, joint articulation, manipulation where appropriate, and remedial or sports massage techniques. He also uses biomechanical and movement assessment, clinical Pilates, progressive rehabilitation, mobility, stretching and strength programmes, plus pain education, breathing and recovery strategies.
Seff is a registered osteopath working in Marylebone, Central London, and Horley, Surrey. His appointments focus on listening, careful assessment, clear explanations and a practical plan, with referral to another clinician, investigation or medical care if he feels that would be more appropriate.
