Mr Tim Sharp

Mr Tim Sharp works with musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, exercise and functional rehabilitation. He describes himself as a movement specialist and is a recognised NSCA strength and conditioning specialist.

His interests include how strength and conditioning, exercise and activity can support recovery, rehabilitation and living with long term conditions. He is particularly interested in helping people return to sport, exercise or outdoor activity.

Tim has a Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy and is a senior lecturer in Physiotherapy at both BSc and MSc level. His background includes work at sporting events and settings including Wales Touch at European and World Championships, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and the National Indoor Athletics Centre in Cardiff.
