Apoorva Yadnopavit

Apoorva Yadnopavit works with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical conditions, neurological presentations, amputations and age-related mobility issues. Her main areas of interest are musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pre- and post-operative recovery, dance-related injuries and sports injuries.

Her approach is patient-centred and holistic, combining strength and conditioning, hands-on manual therapy and education. She has an MSc from Manchester Metropolitan University and four years of NHS experience across hospital and community settings. Outside clinic, her background in classical dance, gym training, badminton and hiking gives her first-hand insight into the physical demands of an active lifestyle.
