About Miss Charlotte Taylor

Miss Charlotte Taylor helps patients with sports-related injuries, acute injuries and longer-term injury prevention. Her work includes injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, with support for people aiming to return to sport or manage movement in everyday life.

Her approach combines deep tissue massage, manual therapy, cupping therapy, Graston Technique and kinesiology taping with structured rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient’s condition and goals. She also focuses on patient education, so you can better understand how to manage your condition and reduce the risk of future injury.

Charlotte has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester, graduating in 2025, and is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. Her background includes pitch-side and team environments in rugby, football and volleyball.
