The Noust Studio

Helping Hands Health & Wellbeing has two sites in Kirkwall, with The Noust Studio used for Clinical Pilates group classes. Classes listed for this site include Clinical Pilates for hEDS, POTS and PEMS, Clinical Pilates for hypermobility, and open Clinical Pilates classes.

Group classes include a warm up, main section and cool down, with verbal and visual guidance through each exercise. Patients are asked to arrive before the class start time in clothing they can move easily in. Mats and equipment are provided, and patients may bring their own.
