Mrs S. Gransden

Mrs S. Gransden is a registered nutritionist specialising in hormone health. She recommends personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes, with a focus on energy, sleep, mood, skin and digestion.

She graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London in 2014. Since March 2023, she has also run diabetes prevention group programmes on behalf of the NHS.
