Hesta Health

Hesta Health has one online virtual clinic. It provides health checks, postnatal healthcare services and digital health platforms for women and birthing parents during pregnancy and for up to 24 months after birth.

The care is focused on health after pregnancy and birth, including pelvic floor symptoms, mental wellbeing, energy levels, cardiovascular health, feeding, hormones, sleep, existing health conditions and return to exercise. Hesta also supports wider health after birth, including general health, diet and nutrition, follow-up of pregnancy-related health issues, preparing for future pregnancies and long-term health.

Named services include lactation support, pelvic health, mental health support and postnatal health checks. Lactation support is provided by lactation consultants. Pelvic floor care is provided by pelvic health physiotherapists. Postnatal health checks may include blood testing, health and wellbeing questionnaires, clinical review, reports, care guidance and related services.

Care can be accessed digitally through Hesta's application, website or other digital interface. AskHesta is a clinically-led messaging service that lets eligible users submit questions through WhatsApp and receive guidance from qualified healthcare professionals, subject to eligibility, suitability and availability.

Eligibility criteria may apply. Unless stated otherwise for a particular service, users must be aged 18 or over, be pregnant or have given birth within the last 24 months, have access to a smartphone, be able to receive at-home care from an address in London within the M25, and be able to attend in-person care in London if required.

Hesta's services are intended to complement regular healthcare, not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from your usual providers. The services are not emergency services and are not a substitute for urgent medical care, continuous clinical monitoring, the NHS or other regular healthcare providers.
