Hobrough Healthcare works from one site in Hexham, where its Kneevolution service focuses on non-surgical care for knee pain and knee osteoarthritis. Care centres on knee injections, shockwave-based treatment, bracing, orthotics and physiotherapy, with an initial assessment used to discuss the knee, assess function and review any available X-ray or MRI reports.

Services include Arthrosamid knee injection assessment and programmes for one or both knees, Ostenil Plus hyaluronic acid injections for one or two joints, and steroid knee injections once the prescription has been collected. The clinic also provides in-clinic ultrasound scanning with feedback and no report.

Rehabilitation and movement services include physiotherapy, virtual physiotherapy by Zoom, posture analysis, runners assessment, gait analysis and orthotics. Hobrough Healthcare also offers Thuasne Action Reliever brace fitting, shockwave therapy options, focused shockwave therapy with EMTT, radial shockwave, ESWT and block bookings combining physiotherapy, ESWT, USS, radial shockwave and EMTT.

Treatment packages can include shockwave therapy, radial pressure wave, EMTT, physiotherapy, acupuncture and exercises. Care is provided in person at the Hexham clinic, with virtual physiotherapy available by Zoom.
