Miss Lauren Wilde-Arnold

Lauren Wilde-Arnold supports people recovering from injury or surgery, managing long-term conditions, or looking to improve movement, strength and function. She works as an MSK physiotherapist and uses a tailored, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation for people of different ages and activity levels.

Her sports physiotherapy work includes support for developing athletes with the Scottish Rugby Academy, focusing on performance optimisation, injury prevention and rehabilitation. She has also provided physiotherapy at remote multi-day ultra-endurance events and has supported the Armed Forces Para Snow Team during training and competition.

Lauren graduated with an MSc in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in 2023, after completing a BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2019. Her NHS hospital experience includes ICU, Respiratory Medicine, Orthopaedics and Major Trauma rotations.
