HomePhysio By Nicola Ltd provides physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, neurological conditions, older adults' rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, women's health and children's physiotherapy. Care is available at the clinic in Selkirk or through home visits across the Scottish Borders.

Musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapy covers areas such as back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain. Orthopaedic physiotherapy at home is offered for knee and hip replacements, including preparation for surgery and rehabilitation afterwards, as well as recovery from fractures.

Women's health physiotherapy covers pelvic health, prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation, incontinence and pelvic pain. Paediatric physiotherapy at home includes neonatal screening and support for children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, muscular dystrophy and other childhood conditions.

The practice also offers massage therapy in the clinic, including support for muscle tension, stress, ongoing pain and recovery after injury. Physiotherapy sessions are planned around your needs and goals, with care provided either in person at the Selkirk clinic or in your own home where home-based treatment is suitable.
