For dentures, Hoxton Dental provides custom-fitted dentures for people replacing old dentures and for people who are new to wearing them. The dentist advises on denture maintenance, including regular check-ups, recommended adjustments, brushing and soaking.

Root Canal Treatment is offered for damaged or diseased pulp inside a tooth. The practice gives examples of possible signs, including throbbing toothache, a discoloured or dark tooth, a bad taste that does not go away, a small pimple-like spot above or below a tooth, or visible abscess or swelling. The treatment involves local anaesthetic, a rubber dental dam, removal of the diseased pulp with endodontic files, cleaning and sterilising the tooth, filling it with gutta percha, and sealing and reinforcing the tooth with a filling and dental crown.

Invisalign® treatment uses clear removable aligners rather than brackets and wires. Hoxton Dental uses digital CAD/CAM imaging for Invisalign planning, and the treatment may be considered for overbite, open bite or crossbite issues, mild to moderate misalignment, and overlapping or crowded teeth. The dentists have training in Invisalign and postgraduate study in orthodontics and invisible braces.

Veneers are offered for cosmetic concerns affecting teeth that are cracked, chipped, discoloured, worn down, too small, widely spaced, misshapen or crooked. Veneers may be made from porcelain or composite resin, and the process includes choosing the size, shape and colour before re-contouring some enamel to allow space for the veneer material.

Restorative dentistry at Hoxton Dental covers treatment for oral health, pain and chewing issues. Crowns are offered for a broken or cracked tooth, or where a tooth needs a crown after root canal treatment. Care is provided face to face by pre-booked appointment, and the practice does not admit walk-ins.
