HSR Physiotherapy and Healthcare Limited works from three clinics in Crawley, Croydon and Oxford. It provides physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, paediatric physiotherapy, women’s health physiotherapy, geriatric physiotherapy and functional recovery.

The practice treats neck pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, back pain, knee pain, sciatica, arthritis, ankle sprains and strains, postural dysfunction and whiplash injury. Lower limb physiotherapy includes foot and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis and gait issues. Sports massage therapy is also offered for muscle tension, soreness and injury recovery.

Women’s health physiotherapy covers pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, incontinence, diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. Post-surgical rehabilitation includes hip and knee joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, spinal surgery rehabilitation and shoulder surgery rehabilitation. The team’s neurological and paediatric work includes stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, paediatric injuries and neurological conditions in children. Geriatric physiotherapy covers falls prevention, balance training, mobility improvement and age-related weakness. Rehabilitation services include mobility training, strength and conditioning, and functional independence work.

Care is available face to face, through home visits and by online physiotherapy consultation.
