Manual lymphatic drainage appointments at I Am Mine Therapies are for post-surgery care, lymphoedema, lipoedema and swelling. Nicola Kenworthy provides lymphatic drainage massage and post-operative massage in Reading, including care for people managing the effects of cancer treatment.

Care includes initial and follow-up appointments, manual lymph drainage courses, facial manual lymph drainage and insurance MLD. For primary or secondary lymphoedema, treatment programmes may include manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, skincare advice and exercise. Treatment may be tailored to individual lymphatic pathways.

Other services include Deep Oscillation, described as electrostatic lymphatic drainage, and RESTORE Scar Therapy. Deep Oscillation is available for people after aesthetic and plastic surgery, including liposuction, mastectomy or breast reconstruction. RESTORE Scar Therapy is a hands-on treatment for scars from surgery, injury, burns or cancer treatment, including scars linked with tightness, discomfort, altered sensation or restricted movement.

Nicola qualified in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2014. She has over 12 years' experience in manual lymphatic drainage and spent four years at the Oxford NHS Lymphoedema Clinic. Her further training includes regular updates with the Foeldi Clinic and Fluoroscopy Guided MLD through the Lymphedema Training Academy. She is a full member of MLD UK and is trained in RESTORE Scar Therapy.

Treatment is provided in person, and the treatment room has full access.
