Injury Hub is for people seeking private musculoskeletal appointments for back and neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, tendinopathy, sciatica and tension headaches. Appointments are available at Spine Plus Bow in London and Spine Plus Wellness Hub in Romford.

The practice offers osteopathy, senior osteopathy, physiotherapy, remedial and sports massage, IDD spinal decompression therapy, shockwave therapy, TECAR diathermy and electrotherapy. Combined osteopathy or physiotherapy appointments with radial shockwave, focused shockwave or TECAR are also available, alongside strength and conditioning sessions.

Its spine and orthopaedic therapies cover the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, knees, feet, muscles and joints. IDD spinal decompression therapy is offered for disc-related presentations, including slipped, bulging or herniated discs, trapped nerves, sciatica and mild to moderate spinal stenosis.

Diagnostic and injection appointments include diagnostic ultrasound, MRI review, corticosteroid injection, prolotherapy injection, hyaluronic acid injection and hydrodissection injection. The practice also offers access to diagnostic scans including ultrasound and 3T MRI reporting.

Massage appointments include all types of massage, remedial and sports massage, buccal massage, pregnancy massage from 12 weeks, and pre and post cosmetic and orthopaedic surgery massage.
