Care is arranged around four treatment pathways: Recover, Restore, Reconnect and Seasonal Rituals. Recover focuses on bodywork for pain, tension, movement and recovery. Restore includes therapeutic massage, aromatherapy and warmth. Reconnect offers gentler rituals for slowing down and taking time for yourself. Seasonal Rituals are limited-edition botanical treatments using seasonal scents, therapeutic bodywork, restorative ritual and warm stones.

Kay Brown has over 18 years of hands-on experience working with bodies, movement and massage, and has advanced Level 5 training in Soft Tissue Therapy. Her treatments combine evidence-informed bodywork with restorative massage, botanical treatments and relaxing rituals.

Treatments are adapted to what you need on the day. Botanical blends and sensory elements may form part of the treatment experience, and an unscented option is available.
