Initial physiotherapy appointments assess musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction. LDN PHYSIO provides private physiotherapy, osteopathy, rehabilitation and hands-on therapies in London.

Services include follow-up physiotherapy, combined physiotherapy and massage, and telehealth consultations. Osteopathy appointments include initial, follow-up, extended and short follow-up options. Pregnancy osteopathy is also available.

Sports and recovery services include sports massage, deep tissue massage, physiotherapist-led massage and pregnancy massage. Other manual therapies include acupuncture, dry needling, cupping therapy and soft tissue sessions.

Rehabilitation options include strength and conditioning, Body MOT, Return-To-Sport and MOT follow-up sessions. Sport-specific assessments include running analysis, clinical bike fit, padel MOT, Hyrox MOT, Hybrid Athlete MOT and lifting MOT. There are also taping clinics and shockwave therapy.

Specialist physiotherapy services include TMJ, RED-S, paediatrics and the Sporting Shoulder Clinic. RED-S services include physiotherapy and sports dietitian appointments. Paediatrics appointments cover children aged five to twelve and patients aged twelve plus.

Nutrition care includes initial nutrition, sports nutrition, RED-S sports dietitian and weight management consultations. The virtual clinic covers dietetics and sports psychology. Care is delivered in person at Hackney, Old Street, Kentish Town, Elephant & Castle and Fulham. Online care includes telehealth and nutrition appointments through the virtual clinic.
