Mrs Sarah Summers

Mrs Sarah Summers helps patients with long-term and acute spinal problems, sports injuries, work-related pain, post-operative rehabilitation and hypermobility. Her listed treatment experience includes back, neck, pelvic, thoracic and rib pain, headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot problems, including conditions such as sciatica, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis.

She specialises in Activation therapy, described by the clinic as a holistic approach involving massage of congestion points within the muscles, muscle testing and retesting. Her techniques also include Beactivated, core stability and proprioceptive feedback training, and diaphragmatic breathing release.

Sarah graduated as a physiotherapist in 1996 and completed a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy at University College London in 2006. She is a senior physiotherapist, holds a full Health and Care Professions Council licence, and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
