Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance

Initial Assessment & First Treatment is for people who want a physiotherapy assessment and first treatment for pain, injury or movement problems. Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance provides physiotherapy and physio-led training in New Milton and Christchurch, with care delivered in clinic and through home visit physiotherapy.

The team treats a range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation needs, including back pain, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain, shoulder injuries, foot and ankle pain, sciatica, elbow pain, knee ligament injuries and sports injuries. It also works with runners, children and teens, active adults over 50, and people preparing for or recovering after surgery, including total knee replacement and total hip replacement.

Services include physiotherapy, sports massage, physio-led personal training, small group training, InBody Body Composition Scans, Health & Wellbeing Assessments and Health & Wellbeing Follow-Ups. The practice uses clinic and gym facilities for assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and training.

The clinical team includes physiotherapists, physiotherapists who also provide personal training, a personal trainer and head coach, and a home visit physiotherapist. The physiotherapy team works with both elite and recreational athletes for sport-related injuries.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to see one of the therapists. If you have already seen a GP or consultant, the practice says it can be useful to bring any notes to the initial assessment. If needed, the therapist can refer you to your GP for further assessment.
