Treatment appointments are for chiropractic care for upper and lower back pain, movement problems, and follow-up care. LJ and Pembroke Chiropractic Clinics provide in-person chiropractic and therapy services across Haverfordwest, Pembroke and Merthyr Tydfil.

New patients are assessed through a detailed history and physical examination. The chiropractors ask about health, medication, previous injury, hobbies and current goals. They check nerves, muscles and joints, then watch how you move. Treatment is usually provided at the first visit, where suitable.

Care may include joint manipulation, mobilisations, soft tissue massage, stretching, dry needling or acupuncture. Patients may also receive exercises, movement advice, posture advice and pain management tips using heat or ice. If chiropractic care is not suitable, patients may be referred back to their GP or another clinician. Patients returning after over 12 months are reassessed before further chiropractic care.

Services include initial chiropractic consultation and treatment, follow-up treatment, sports massage, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage and reflexology. Consult and treatment options are available for aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reflexology and sports massage.

The chiropractors' training and clinical interests include dry needling or acupuncture, paediatric assessment, and psychosocial barriers in MSK conditions.
