London Harley Street Practice brings together private GPs, musculoskeletal specialists and psychological therapists for private GP consultations, health checks, diagnostic investigations and related care. The GPs see patients for new symptoms, ongoing medical issues, prescriptions, referrals, second opinions and general medical advice. Same-day, next-day and future private GP appointments are offered, subject to availability, alongside an online doctor service.

Health screening includes Premium, Vitals, Well Child, Well Man, Well Woman, Well Man Plus, Well Woman Plus, Executive Man, Executive Woman, Cancer Health Check, TruCheck, Heart Check, Sports Health Check, Menopause Health Check and Stress Health Check options. Health checks may include a medical consultation, physical examination, blood testing, cardiovascular risk assessment and targeted investigations where clinically appropriate.

The practice provides private blood tests, laboratory tests, occupational health services, ultrasound, ECG services including a 14-day ECG patch monitor, and access to diagnostic investigations such as MRI and CT where needed. Its GPs can arrange further investigations, imaging or specialist referrals where clinically appropriate.

Visa medicals are carried out by FCDO-registered physicians for embassy and immigration purposes, with examinations and required investigations available on the same day. Musculoskeletal care covers assessment and hands-on treatment for back, neck and joint problems, sports injuries and postural strain.

Psychological therapy is available through counselling and psychotherapy for mental health, emotional wellbeing and personal development. The practice also offers private GP membership plans, with priority access, discounted rates and a complimentary welcome consultation stated as membership features.
