Lyfe Health has three sites: Head Office, Bournemouth, and Downend in Bristol, with the centres providing private healthcare focused on pain, injury, movement, performance and nutrition. Care is centred on diagnostics, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, Pilates, massage, personal training and nutrition services.

Its MRI and diagnostics services include MRI scanning, injury assessment, functional testing, performance assessment, 3D movement analysis, functional strength analysis, gait analysis, posture analysis, nutrition analysis and the Lyfe Check-Up. CQC regulates Lyfe Health Bournemouth Limited to provide MRI services.

Physiotherapy services include acupuncture, assisted stretching, custom foot orthotics, IDD Therapy, joint injections, rehabilitation exercise, soft tissue therapy and shockwave therapy. Its shockwave therapy information covers tennis elbow, shoulder rotator cuff pain, Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. The Downend centre also offers chiropractic care.

The wider service range includes clinical Reformer Pilates, fitness Reformer Pilates, one-to-one Pilates, sports massage, deep tissue massage and relaxing massage.
