Joseph graduated with a Sports Science degree from Bournemouth University in 2015. He then worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Bristol Academy of Sport, with UK Athletics and GB sprinters training for Rio, and in motor sport with international Formula 2 and 3 drivers.
