Osteopathy at Marlborough House Therapy Centre is available for new patients and follow-up care, with cranial osteopathy and dry needling also offered by the team. The musculoskeletal and movement-related services include injury and pain assessment and rehabilitation, sports massage, targeted treatment and taping.

The centre offers a wide range of complementary therapies, including acupuncture, homeopathy, applied kinesiology, bio resonance and allergy work, aromatherapy massage, Reiki, Jikiden Reiki, guided meditation, mindfulness and nutritional therapy. Weight management packages are also available.

For talking therapy and personal support, the team offers counselling, couples counselling, relationship counselling, coaching, mentoring, hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and psychometric testing. These services are available for individuals and couples.

Family-focused services include baby massage, baby yoga courses and baby yoga drop-in sessions. The team also includes pelvic health specialist physiotherapy for women, pelvic floor and wellness, as well as craniosacral therapy.

The centre is in Taunton, in a Georgian house in the old town. Practitioners remain mindful of Covid-19, with masks and gloves used where appropriate, temperature readings on arrival, cleaning between appointments and daily deep cleaning. Clients are asked not to attend if they have Covid-19 symptoms, a cough, cold or high temperature.
