McCallion Physiotherapy

McCallion Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy, follow-up physiotherapy, soft tissue therapy, sports massage therapy, one-to-one Pilates, modified Pilates and virtual consultations. Massage therapy is offered for soft tissue health, including issues linked to injury, physical training and postural stress. The massage therapist works with the physiotherapists and provides remedial massage therapy and general sports massage.

Modified Pilates is led by physiotherapists with a special interest in core strength exercise for musculoskeletal problems. The practice offers standing and matwork exercises designed to promote core stability, including one-to-one Pilates and modified Pilates sessions.
