MG Wellness

MG Wellness operates from two sites in St Albans, providing sports massage, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and naturopathic nutrition services. Its care is focused on physical wellbeing, recovery support, mobility, nutrition and lifestyle factors.

Sports massage is offered as targeted, hands-on therapy for muscle tension, tightness, mobility and recovery. The service is presented for athletes and non-athletes, including people training, recovering from injury or dealing with everyday muscle aches.

The clinical team includes sports massage therapists, a recent physiotherapy graduate, and Florence Gardam, a qualified Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner.
