About Miss Maya Holmes

Maya Holmes supports patients with musculoskeletal health, posture, movement and lifestyle factors, with a particular interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her approach combines hands-on spinal and extremity manipulation, manual soft-tissue techniques and dry needling, tailored to individual needs.

She is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Licentiate of Chiropractic RCC. Maya founded MH Chiropractic after studying chiropractic at HSU, formerly AECC, and previously studied contemporary dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Maya is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors, and has completed the RCC Postgraduate Training Programme. She is registered with AXA Health, WPA and Vita.
