Minerva Osteopathy

Minerva Osteopathy provides osteopathy, women’s health osteopathy and Mummy MOT® assessments in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The practice is centred on osteopathic care for musculoskeletal concerns and women’s health, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and midlife.

General osteopathy appointments cover back and neck pain, joint aches and stiffness, arthritic pain, muscle tension and spasms, headaches and migraines, postural strain, trapped or irritated nerves, sports and activity-related injuries, work-related strain, and ongoing tension or difficulty relaxing.

Women’s health osteopathy covers muscle and joint pain during pregnancy, postnatal aches and stiffness, recovery after birth, core weakness, tummy separation, pelvic floor concerns including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pain during sex, and guidance around returning to exercise, sport and everyday movement after having a baby.

A Mummy MOT® is offered as a structured postnatal assessment to check how the body is recovering after pregnancy and birth. Appointments include time to discuss symptoms, questions and priorities, followed by assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning in plain English.

Care combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with guidance. Hazel holds a postgraduate diploma in women’s health osteopathy from the Molinari Institute of Health and is an approved Mummy MOT® practitioner.
