Monument Hearingcare

Monument Hearingcare is in Wellington, with one earcare clinic. It provides earwax removal, ear checks and custom ear protection.

The clinic treats earwax build-up and impacted earwax. Earwax removal can use microsuction, irrigation, manual tools and manual techniques. Consultations include an ear check and a discussion of symptoms, to decide a suitable treatment plan.

Custom ear and hearing protection is also available. Monument Hearingcare is certified to take ear impressions for custom-moulded ear plugs, ear protection and earmoulds.

Care is provided by Brooke Hunt, an Ear and Hearing Health Practitioner. She is fully qualified and insured. She founded Monument Hearingcare in 2022 after five years of hands-on industry experience. She has seven years of industry experience and has worked for Boots Hearingcare.

Care is provided at the Wellington clinic, which opened in 2023 after the service began as fully mobile. Home appointments are available by arrangement. The clinic uses video otoscopy, so ear images can be shared with a GP if needed.

The clinic is accessible to people with mobility challenges. Accessible parking is a short walk from the clinic.
