MotionWorks Therapy

MotionWorks Therapy is a sports rehabilitation practice providing pain and injury assessment, clinical follow-up, sports massage, strength and conditioning, osteopathic spinal manipulation and medical acupuncture. Initial Assessment appointments are used to assess symptoms, movement and goals, then plan treatment. Clinical Follow-Up appointments are for ongoing rehabilitation after that assessment.

Sports Massage appointments focus on muscle tension, pain and stress, using hands-on techniques for injuries and chronic conditions. Strength & Conditioning appointments use tailored exercise work for strength, mobility and performance, including injury recovery, long-term health and sport-specific preparation.

Osteopathic spinal manipulation is offered for restricted joints, tension, pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Medical acupuncture uses fine needles as part of a wider treatment plan for injury or long-term conditions.

The clinical team is made up of sports rehabilitators with BSc (Hons) training in Sport Rehabilitation and experience across elite sport, amateur teams and private practice. Their collective background includes rugby, football, artistic swimming, American football, sprinting, endurance running, hockey and school sports programmes. The practice sees members of the general population as well as athletes.

Care is provided in person in Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street and Soho in London. Treatment can include assessment, manual therapy, massage, exercise-based rehabilitation, spinal manipulation and acupuncture.
