Asad Fazil

Asad Fazil works with musculoskeletal, neurological and sports-related conditions, using personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in restoring function by improving biomechanics, optimising posture and identifying the underlying cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms.

He is a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator and Massage Therapist with over four years of experience in private practice. He holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Roehampton and an MSc in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Before working in rehabilitation, Asad spent over nine years as a secondary school PE teacher, which informs his coaching and education-focused approach with patients.
