About Movement Possible
Movement Possible is for people seeking movement therapy and strength training for pain, injury and recurrent pain concerns. Care is provided by Tristen Attenborough BSc., MSc., a Movement Therapist with a Master’s degree in Pain Management, a qualified Sports Therapist and a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist.
The practice provides strength-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, and combinations of both where appropriate. Its named services include a discovery call, an initial consultation, pain and injury management, and a 12-week Movement and Strength Programme.
Tristen has worked clinically since 2014 and works predominantly with people in their 50s, 60s and 70s, while also welcoming other age groups. The practice’s focus is on loading, strengthening and movement work for people with pain.
Appointments take place in a private, fully equipped studio in Cold Higham, near Towcester. The studio is set up for one person at a time and is not a gym environment. Free parking is available directly outside the studio.
The practice also offers a free discovery phone call or visit to discuss what the patient would like to do before starting care.
