Natasha Calia provides hands-on therapeutic care in Broadstairs, with treatments including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, clinical massage, medical massage, abdominal sacral therapy and womb massage, pregnancy massage, postnatal massage and relaxation massage. Natasha began practising in 2007 and states that she has over 30,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience. Her training includes 15 massage diplomas, four yoga diplomas, advanced practitioner qualifications in craniosacral therapy, kinesiology, energetic and somatic-based approaches, and additional training in clinical and medical massage, myofascial work, postural assessment and trigger point therapy.
Her massage and bodywork qualifications include BTEC Level 5, VTCT, ITEC and FHT diplomas in abdominal sacral massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue, baby massage, facial massage, Indian head massage, holistic massage, hot and cold stone therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, therapeutic massage and Thai massage. Her movement training includes British Wheel of Yoga teaching, Birthlight baby and toddler yoga teaching, and British School of Yoga prenatal, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teaching.
She also offers hands-on medical intuitive treatment, described as a listening-led session combining intuitive assessment with therapeutic treatment. The practice also provides aromatherapy workshops, mini-retreats, pregnancy and labour massage workshops, and an accredited abdominal sacral massage diploma for qualified therapists.
