Nishma The Osteo

Nishma The Osteo provides osteopathic care for musculoskeletal conditions, alongside exercise rehabilitation and sports massage in Stevenage. Care includes manual techniques such as manipulation, stretching and massage, with exercise advice and rehabilitation exercises used to support movement, strength and coordination.

The practice offers osteopathy, bespoke treatments, specially tailored rehab programmes, wellness care and support, exercise rehabilitation and sports massage. Sports massage is aimed at people involved in physical activity, including athletes and gym goers, and may include techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release and stretching.

Care is provided by Nishma Usher MOst, a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council, registration number 11260. Nishma earned a Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in 2022, after a five-year course, and also holds a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science from Kent University.

Nishma is also qualified in personal training and sports massage. Her experience includes working with bodybuilders and powerlifters, and supporting people with fitness and rehabilitation work.
