Optimum Chiropractic Clinic is in Poole and works from one site at Rossmore Leisure Centre, seeing people with musculoskeletal complaints including back pain, neck pain, joint pains, shoulder complaints, elbow pain, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, headaches, dizziness and vertigo, aches and pains, and minor sports injuries.

Care is centred on chiropractic assessment and treatment, with initial and follow-up chiropractic appointments available. For ankle sprains, the chiropractors assess the ankle and the type and severity of the sprain, then guide care around movement, function and return to usual activity or sport.
