Orient Physiotherapy Bookings

Orient Physiotherapy Bookings has two sites, in London and Romford. It provides physiotherapy for sports injuries, spinal problems and musculoskeletal conditions, including neck pain, back pain, whiplash, acute pain, long term problems, post-surgery and fracture rehabilitation, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, hand, thigh, hip, groin, knee, calf, Achilles, foot and ankle problems, and postural abnormalities.

Physiotherapy care is provided by Chartered Physiotherapists. Assessment may lead to a treatment strategy, and the clinic can refer on for further investigations such as X-rays, MRI scans or ultrasound scans, or to another healthcare professional, where this is needed. Some therapists provide acupuncture as part of treatment.

The practice also offers physiotherapy-led Pilates, with options for group classes and 1-1 teaching. Pilates is available in person at the London clinic and online via Zoom. Sessions may use matwork and equipment.

Podiatry is provided through a partnership with Sandals Foot Health Clinic. The podiatry service covers lower limb and foot problems, including corns and calluses, bunions, hammer toe, claw toes, diabetic foot problems, ulcers, neuropathy, infections, heel pain, damaged or ingrowing toenails, athlete's foot, biomechanical assessment, orthotics and nail surgery. Gait analysis using RS Scan technology is available in the clinic, and the podiatry service sees patients of all ages, from children to older adults.

Sports massage is also available, including deep tissue sports massage. The practice accepts self-referrals, so you do not need to see your GP before attending. Its physiotherapists are members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and are registered with the Health Professions Council, and the podiatry team is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
