The practice works with ankle and foot pain, arm and elbow pain, frozen shoulder, headaches, knee pain, low back pain, mid back or chest pain, neck pain, osteoarthritis, pelvis, buttock, hip and groin pain, repetitive strain injury, sciatica, sports injuries, trapped nerves, and wrist and hand pain.

Its core care includes osteopathy treatments and posture-focused work. Techniques named by the practice include muscle release, joint manipulation, joint mobilisation and exercise rehabilitation, with other modalities including dry needling, kinesiotaping, IASTM with graston tools, ultrasound and shockwave therapy.
