Osteohub falmouth provides osteopathy from Maritime Business Centre, Falmouth. Care is based on assessment and manual treatment for pain, discomfort and musculoskeletal dysfunction.

The clinic sees lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, nerve pain, disc problems, headaches and migraines, thoracic spine and rib problems, sports injuries, repetitive strain and overuse injuries, pregnancy-related back pain and discomfort, muscular stiffness and tension, wear and tear, arthritis and prevention of problems.

Assessment includes a discussion of health history and symptoms, a physical examination of posture and movement, and a treatment plan. Treatment may include soft and deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, joint manipulation, articulation, traction, visceral osteopathy, dry needling, strapping, stretching, exercises and advice.

Hannah Gledhill works mainly as a structural osteopath, with special interests in visceral and European osteopathy. Her training includes an osteopathy degree from the London School of Osteopathy and a two-year postgraduate Diploma in Women's Health from the Molinari Institute of Health in London. She has also trained in dry needling, acupuncture techniques for sports-related injuries, dynamic assisted stretching, pelvis, sacroiliac and lumbar spine work, and sports massage therapy.

Services include initial and follow-up osteopathy appointments, 1-to-1 dynamic assisted stretching and deep tissue sports massage. All patient and practitioner dialogue is confidential. Osteopaths in the UK are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council.
