OsteoSian has one clinic in Hove, offering osteopathy appointments for adults, children and infants. Bookable care includes Adult Initial Appointment and Adult Follow up, Paediatric Initial Appointment Under 1 year old, Paediatric Initial appointment 1 to 13 years, Paediatric Follow UP, Paediatric Osteopathy with Feeding Support, Mummy MOT and Follow Up Mummy MOT.

Adult osteopathy covers everyday aches and musculoskeletal problems, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder tension, joint discomfort, headaches, knee pain, elbow pain, sports injuries, arthritis, RSI, TMJ and joint dysfunction. Treatment is hands-on and may involve manipulation of the spine and joints, soft tissue massage, and an explanation of what the treatment involves.

The clinic also works with posture and movement-related problems, repetitive strain, work-related tension, reduced mobility, stiffness, ongoing or recurring discomfort, and issues affecting simple movements and stretches. Osteopathy is presented as a whole-body approach, looking at how different areas of the body move and function together.

Maternity and postnatal care includes support for pregnancy-related postural changes, pelvis instability, back pain, birth recovery and postnatal recovery. Mummy MOT appointments are part of the clinic’s women’s health and postnatal care, including assessment after birth and support for returning to movement, exercise or work.

Paediatric osteopathy is offered for children and infants, with a separate appointment type for babies under 1 and for children aged 1 to 13. Infant feeding support can be combined with osteopathy for feeding issues such as shallow latch, nipple pain, tension from birth and post tongue-tie release.

Sian Eaton is a Registered Osteopath who graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004. Her further study includes paediatric osteopathy and infant feeding coaching. Her registration number is 5594, and osteopathy is a regulated profession.
