Your first appointment at Pain Free Living is for osteopathy assessment and treatment of muscle and joint problems, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle pain and posture related pain. Bob Allen also provides follow-up appointments, online or phone appointments, and appointments for under 17s.

Pain Free Living’s care is based on osteopathy, pain management and exercise prescription. The practice works with joint and muscle injuries, conditions and problems linked to work, sport, trips and falls, as well as ongoing pain or discomfort.

The osteopathy approach described by the practice includes taking a detailed case history and carrying out a physical examination to identify musculoskeletal problems. Treatment may involve manipulative, structural, cranial and soft tissue techniques for muscular, nerve and joint problems.

Care is available in person in Northampton, with online appointments available for people who cannot get to the clinic. The Duston clinic is fully accessible.
