Peak Physiotherapy

Peak Physiotherapy is in St Albans, with one site. It provides physiotherapy for injury treatment, musculoskeletal problems, sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Care includes initial physiotherapy appointments and follow-up physiotherapy appointments. AXA initial and follow-up physiotherapy appointments are also available.

The practice uses individual treatment plans and tailored exercise programmes. It also offers clear diagnosis explanations and longer consultation times.

Sports massage is available for pre-event recovery, post-event recovery, muscle tension and general wellbeing. The team has access to an equipped gym for rehabilitation.

Peak Physiotherapy works with strength and conditioning coaches, consultants, podiatrists and fitness trainers when needed. Saturday appointments are available.

The practice accepts private medical insurance clients with Bupa, AXA Health, Cigna, WPA and Aviva. Vitality clients pay the fee and claim back.
