Initial Consultation & Treatment is for people seeking assessment and treatment for pain, injury or a return to activity. PhysioSTAR provides sports injury and rehabilitation care in Southampton, with sessions for active adults, athletes and people recovering after injury, surgery or a flare-up of an old problem.

Care is provided by Karol, a qualified Sports Therapist and founder of PhysioSTAR. His work includes evidence-based therapy, hands-on treatment, exercise therapy and tailored rehabilitation plans. The clinic covers sports injuries, strength and mobility work, return-to-play support, ACL recovery and gym-based rehabilitation.

Named services include Follow Up Manual Therapy & Rehab, 1-to-1 Training & Rehab, Massage Therapy, Online Consultation, Online Follow Up and Train Like a Pro: 6-week Online Training Plan. Massage options include sports, remedial and relaxing massage. Training and rehab can include strength, mobility, power and control work, with options for couple or family training where suitable.

Online care is available for injury advice, rehabilitation planning and follow-up support. PhysioSTAR can also support training at a patient’s own gym, and can provide ongoing online programmes based on injury history, movement patterns and performance goals.

Home visits are offered in Southampton and surrounding areas for people who cannot attend the clinic. This may include people with limited mobility, recent surgery, transport difficulties, older people, people who live alone, and those recovering after joint replacements, fractures, major surgery, illness or hospital stays. Home visits may include assessment, rehabilitation exercises, mobility guidance and hands-on treatment where appropriate.
