Pippa provides acupuncture for a range of conditions. In a first session, Pippa discusses what the patient wants support with, takes a medical history, and asks about sleep, appetite and general lifestyle. She also takes the pulse and looks at the tongue before inserting acupuncture needles. Follow-up sessions include a shorter discussion, repeat pulse taking and acupuncture treatment.

Alongside acupuncture, the clinic may use smokeless moxa, a TDP heat lamp, gua sha, cupping, and Chinese dietary and lifestyle advice. Home visits may be possible for certain people on request.

Pippa is accredited by the British Acupuncture Council, graduated from the City College of Acupuncture in London, and is a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network. She is trained in the NADA auricular protocol for trauma and anxiety, holds a nutrition diploma, has assisted in teaching undergraduates at the City College of Acupuncture, and has undertaken research on acupuncture and the gut microbiome, with work published in the Journal of Chinese Medicine.
